Jil Berenblum



Jil Berenblum is a sustainability-focused industrial designer and strategist with expertise in biomaterials, decarbonization strategies, and GHG emissions analysis. Her research-driven practice combines technical rigor with design innovation, leveraging advanced computation, fabrication techniques, and material lifecycle analysis to create circular economy solutions that challenge conventional design practices.

Driven by a deep concern for the environment, Jil transforms materials into active agents of environmental stewardship, designing solutions that balance ecological responsibility with human craftsmanship. Through her work, she reimagines how we interact with our surroundings, advancing regenerative design systems and challenging design monocultures. 

She is proud to have collaborated with and for partners such as LAB at Rockwell Group, Cartier’s Retail Innovation Lab, Tal Danino Lab, and Mrinalini Aggarwal.
